Where do you go when you need help with technology?

There are a number of places where help can be found depending on the nature of the support needed.

Questions about the course content

Your first point of contact for help with course content is your course instructor.  You can communicate with your instructor and/or classmates by e-mail, message boards, chat rooms or phone and ask questions.

Technical help

Here are a number of places where technical help can be obtained.

 

When contacting technical support help desks try to be a specific as possible regarding your problem.  Include information such as the computer, operating system, browser and version you are using.  This often helps diagnose a problem quickly.
