Your first point of contact for help with course content is your course instructor. You can communicate with your instructor and/or classmates by e-mail, message boards, chat rooms or phone and ask questions.

When contacting technical support help desks try to be a specific as possible regarding your problem. Include information such as the computer, operating system, browser and version you are using. This often helps diagnose a problem quickly.
